Parents I know that Winter Break is fastly aproaching. Here are a few things that you and your little or big one can do over the break.
1. Work on school projects.
If you’re working, why not get the kids working too. If your child has homework or other school projects to do, let them set up shop in your office and work with you. Have them study those multiplication tables, work on science fair, get that book report done. Long-term school projects often take some parental oversight, but these are their projects so they should be able to work on them without constant monitoring.
2. Christmas Movies
Have a movie marathon with all the best holiday films. Introduce your kids to old classics and get acquainted with a few of the newer ones.
3. Read a Good Book
As the snow falls gently outside, curl up with your kids, a blanket, and a good book. Read aloud or silently on a cozy winter day.
